My company is planning to buy the new technical communication suite. With regard to this, I have two queries:
1. Can I activate the new technical communication suite off line? My office system is not connected to internet.
2. Do the video help files play on the Internet Explorer without Adobe Flash? As the flash player is no more supported, please clarify it.
I don't believe activation is possible without an internet connection but I think there are some very exceptional cases. Check with Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.
Video can be played without Flash but IE is now getting dated and even Microsoft would steer you to Edge. FF and other main browsers are also good.
