Can you provide us some more information, such as:

    - Which flavour/version of RH are you using?

    - What is your output type?

    - How is the CSH called?

We are running Robohelp 10 in a Windows 7 environment.

    The output is HTML

The CSH is called from within the application. And we have the HTML output posed on a web site, as well.

My boss cannot access the CSH from within the application or from directly accessing it on the web site. Her's is the only computer that fails to open either help file.

Does it fail to open at all or does it get so far and stall?

    What browser?
