Opening Robo Help and saved image is gone

When I insert and image into Robo Help and save and close the program, when I got back in the image is missing, but a large square is in its place.  All the text is moved below the image, it seems to still be referencing it but I can't see it.  When I originally insert it, it is in the correct place and sized correctly without me doing any adjustments to it.  Then when I re-open robo help it is gone, any suggestions?

You haven't told us what version of RoboHelp you are using.

Also is your project saved locally or on a network drive?

I am running Robo Help 8.  I have my project saved to the network and the layers and images are saved in the same folder.  I thought I had it resolved but I don't.  If I just save it as the image it seems fine.  I want to save it with a border around it and then when I do it changes it.
