Output Robohelp

We are writing documentation in Robohelp. The language  we are using is Norwegian.

When exporting the help from Robohelp, the exported file structure will contain the name of the folders and topics. Some of our topics has Norwegian characters e.g. "Søk". Since the environment settings differ on the servers (language and character encoding) the name of the files in the file structure will be renamed if it contains any kind of Norwegian characters, e.g. the topic "Søk" will be renamed to "Sok" at the file structure.

Are there any kind of solution on this issue?

Well, not what you may want to hear, but: avoid special characters in

file names. Stick to basic ASCII and it will work everywhere. I would

suggest renaming your topics. (I always avoid special characters in

filenames even though it can give interesting filenames as a result.)

Kind regards,

Willam
