Package RoboHelp 10 Project Files

I need to package (zip) several RoboHelp project files as I am transitioning off of this project. Is it necessary for me to zip all the folders and files associated with a project? If not what are the key files that I need to save. I am planning on creating zip files and storing them on the SharePoint server. Thank you.

That could backfire if at the time the files are accessed no one has Rh installed to regenerate the help.

Don't even consider omitting one file. Any saving would be minimal and it's not worth the hassle later on. Zip the lot including the kitchen sink.

Well, you could skip the \!SSL!\ folder if you’ve got a bunch of generated help variants to save some space…
