I've tried various ways to work with an image I placed

in a RH topic. I want the image to align with text. is there a best practice?

Left align, right align, top align, bottom align?

Mock up a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve.

If you put the cursor in front of the image and apply the same style as the paragraph above, then it should align.

To tweak it more go into the HTML and amend the style tag to something like <p style="margin-left: 40px;">

You can change the measurement to other units such as pt if you prefer.
