I am creating a testing project in RoboHelp HTML to generate
webhelp with Print option. I am looking for any customization
applied while printing directely from webhelp.

Do you mean you want the user to be able to print the topics
with a different style?
RH does not support a second stylesheet being specified for
printed media. You could create a button that links to a PDF that
has been generated in the way you want. You would create that
printed documentation using another single source layout.
