Printed document doesn't print Book

When i run the printed documentation, one of the books and topics appears in the chapter layout. However, when the printed document comes out the book and topics aren't present in the Table of contents but the content of the book and topics is present in the body of the document.  I have used both my own style sheets and the provided one by word.

Also, I tried to make an Auto-TOC and a majority of the content in the book wasn't present either.

how do i get the book and topics to appear in the Table of Contents of my printed document. also everything shows up fine in the Online Webhelp version

1] Check the heading style of the rogue book and topics in it are the same as others.

2] Try right clicking next to the TOC in the document and select Update.

All the headings are the same. I have made certain of that and the specific book has appeared on the TOC in printed documentation but all the topics under it and the next 6 books after it have dissappeared. And in reference to suggestion 2. I have it created into a PDF, and when i right click next to the TOC there is no update. I am not sure where you mean to right click?

3-5.htm, 3-7.htm, 3-8.htm, 3-9.htm, 3-10.htm, 3-11.htm

Those are the topics that arn't converting. But if i don't include 3-5.htm in the content of the printed document everything comes in perfect. The styles the come out as are just normal.

Those are filenames, not heading tags.

Open 3-5 in Design Editor and select the heading. Switch to HTML view and you should see the heading highlighted.

Copy and paste that into a reply.
