Printed documentation does not display some images in PDF

Some of the images in my printed documentation do not display in my PDF. The majority of the images display fine, but a few are missing. There is a gap where the image is supposed to appear, but no image displays.

Am using RoboHelp 6.0 for HTML

Do they appear in Word? What version of Word? Is it always the same images? How much RAM do you have?
