Hi,

I get an error " The graphics filter was unable to convert this file ....xx. htm" while generating word document.

I repaired microsoft office suite 2010, but again I get the same error.

Kindly help me.

Regards,

Nalini

You have posted this in the RoboHelp for Word forum. Are you using RoboHelp for Word or are you using RoboHelp HTML to produce a Word document?

What version of RoboHelp are you using?

I have never seen this message or seen anyone report it.

Hi,

Sorry, this comes under Robohelp HTML and I am using Robohelp 10.

It was working fine till morning. After editing some images in a particular html file, I am getting this error.

Regards,

Nalini

I have moved the thread to Printed Documentation.

Tell us more about these images and the editing that you did.

I have opened the images (.png) and resized them. Then I inserted one by one by dragging to the specific position in the html file in robohelp

Opened the images how? From within RoboHelp or via File Explorer in a third party program?

In Rh there are two ways to resize an image. One is to double click the image and then click the Resize button. The other is to use the ReSize tool in the Toolbox pod. If you are using Rh to resize, which method are you using?

If you are using a third party program, which is it?

Bit stumped here as it is not a message I have seen myself or seen reported. Is there something unusual about the images and is there any transparency involved?
