Problems in PDF generated from FM9 integrated in Adobe Communcation Suite 2.5

Hi

I have installed Adobe Communications Suite 2.5 and am using FM9. I imported files from Adobe FM 8 (not a part of suite) and generated a pdf. My font styles appear different in the pdf and the spaces between words are deleted. As a result, a sentence appears as a word. Can you please let me know what could be the problem?
