Problems unzipping RoboHElp project file

Hello,

I need to unzip an exisitng RoboHelp6 project that a prior tech writer created.  When I unzip the xpj file, it is only 2 KB where the unzipped file shows the size at 1,800 KB in the WinZip extract window.  No topics show up.  The last chm file shows about 100 topics. With the gap between tech writers I believe that the original local source is not available.

I have tried may different ways to unzip this file, (all or just the xpj file) with the same result. Has anyone found a way to unzip a project file successfully?
