Problems with Context Sensitive Help that previously worked
I am having a problem with online help systems that worked with our applications, until recently, when our developers made some security changes to prevent unsafe inline directives. We no longer get the context-sensitive topic to display. The main topic (which is Overview) displays when help is called, no matter what page the user is on. I was using RoboHelp 2017, and was told to switch to RoboHelp 2020, Update 8. This would supposedly correct this.
So, I upgraded one of my help projects from 2017 to 2020, and now, nothing loads. I get a spinning "square wheel" in the left pane where the TOC should be, and nothing appears in the right pane.
I am at a loss as to what to do, I tried to set up a call with a RoboHelp support rep so my developer and I could talk to someone and show them what's happening. I called the 800 number, and was put on hold forever. I tried emailing 'support@adobe.com' as was suggested in the "on hold" recording, but apparently that email address doesn't exist.
Someone please help!!!
