Project renamed, but URL didn't change

New Here ,
Jun 28, 2007 Jun 28, 2007
The project was renamed, but when the Help is compiled, the URL continues to show the old project name. Are there some files that need to be manually updated or deleted so that the URL reflects the renaming of the project? For example, the URL is

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/anne.rentteuk/Desktop/DecisionView%20StudyManager%203.5.2%20Online%20Help/!SSL!/FlashHelp/about_monitoring_data_management_performance.htm

It should be:

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/anne.rentteuk/Desktop/DecisionView%20StudyPlanner%203.5.2%20Online%20Help/!SSL!/FlashHelp/about_monitoring_data_management_performance.htm

Note that StudyManager (former project name) was changed to StudyPlanner (new project name).

Hi rentteuk and welcome to our community

Take a look in the Project Pane on the left side of the RoboHelp HTML application. At the bottom you should see a pseudo folder named Single Source Layouts. Expand this folder. Right-click your FlashHelp layout and select Properties from the context menu. At the top of the dialog you should see is a field labeled "Select Output Folder and Start Page". I believe this is where you need to change things.

However, in looking at what you posted, it would appear that you are wanting to change the Folder name of where the project is stored. If this is the case, you will need to close RoboHelp HTML, then rename the folder using Windows Explorer. Once you do that, you may restart RoboHelp HTML and re-open your project.

Happy Friday... Rick
