Recursive help project?

Hello all.  I have what appears to be recursion in my published help.  I see the help within the help (but only the TOC) I am never able to get the help topics to load. Its like one version of the same help is embedded within the other.  And the right frame which would normally load the starting topic never loads, it just spins.  I figure I set something up wrong in my project but for the life of me can't figure it ou.  I'm on Robohelp 2019.  Thanks in advance for any assist.

You've got your Start Page (index) set as the Default Topic - they need to be different. The Start Page acts as the html launching page, your Default Topic is like a landing page (e.g. Welcome).
