Related Topic Buttons

Help Help Help, the related topic buttons do not appear in my .chm, I only get a little square. I have uninstalled the program and re-installed the program with no success. Any ideas????

I'm guessing that this is because you have a problem with a missing or not properly installed .DLL. To confirm or deny this, you should probably visit

Felllow Microsoft MVP Rob Chandler's site

Download MJ's diagnostics and run it on your PC to see what might need updating.

To fix the missing Related Topics button download the Windows Update KB869358.

Rob Chandler worked with me trying several options until he came up with this fix.

Be aware though that if your users run your CHMs over a network, that same patch will prevent that unless registry changes are made.
