Remote Page entry in Skin editor navigation

Within my RoboHelp X5 project, there is a "Remote Page" Skin entry ( below the topics) to Yahoo. When I click on the Navigation Page of the skin editor, there is no entry in the Remote URL field, so I don't know how this link became part of my project. Please help; I need to remove it asap.

I think this is just an example in the skin editor, and not part of your actual project at all. You can generate your project and look at the actual output to make sure.
