Remove Index and Table of Content Icons in RH2019

Hi,

There are options to delete Glossary, Filter, and Search icons in Responsive HTML5, but what about the Index and Table of Contents icons in RH2019?

This is the Azure Blue skin opened in the editor. You haven't said which skin you are using.
