Remove or modify "About Webhelp"

When I click the logo in my output files the About Webhelp box appears. How do I remove it?

Hi

I jsut found out that I can modify whskin_banner.htm and copy it to the output folder whenever I have generated the output.

Can I disable the About box altogether or avoid the manual copying to the output folder?
