Responsive HTML5 output - RH 2019 Classic - Search includes my image file names

Hi, my Search results in Responsive HTML5 output, using RoboHelp 2019 Classic and the Azure_Blue layout, includes all of the image files. Images are stored in a subfolder named images. I don't want these files to be included in the Search. Any ideas on how to exclude them would be appreciated.

I would also like to change the default font size in the left pane if possible.

Thanks,

-Gina Colby

This seems to have been the case in RoboHelp 2017 as well as in RoboHelp 2019 but I don't think I have seen anyone report it. I am getting the same result in a quick test and also with the Charcoal Grey skin.

Unless techcomm@adobe.com can help you, I think you are going to have to live with it.

Hi Gina,

did you get in touch with Adobe Support for the search suggestion issue?

We're having the same issue now (RH Classic 2019) - if there is a solution and you managed to get rid of the image file names in the search suggestion box somehow, would you share the info, please? 🙂

Thanks, Birgit

Interesting. I get the dropdown list on my work computer but not my home computer. I wonder if there's a browser setting (doesn't help your situation of course).

Peter, thanks for the quick reply. Not the answer I hoped for but at least I won't invest more time on this issue.  I will check with TechComm.

The actual images don't appear, but the image file names are listed. In this screenshot, the results that have underscores are .gif image files.

I haven't seen images appearing in search results before. Can you post a screenshot?
