I'm trying to try out the review functionality in RH2020.
I selected a couple of topics in the Review tab and shared the review with an alternate email address. I received the email and created an adobe account using the email address. But clicking the link in the email again says I don't have permission to view it.

You don’t have permission to view it, or it may not be available.
Please contact the owner and ask to invite you to this link, or switch accounts.
You are signed in as <email address>
Is there anything else I need to do as the owner to get it to work?

Hmm, well that was less than smooth.
I tried several times logging in and out as my reviewer with no success. Then I had several attempts to remove Reviewer Me from the review with no success. Then closed and reopened the project and finally removing work. Then I re-added Reviewer Me and the new invitation worked.
(And it was hard to check who I was logged in with as I couldn't get the Profile icon at the top right to actually drop down or open the profile page...)
😕

Both reviewers need an Adobe ID. Are you using a second Adobe ID? If not email me and I will send you my Adobe ID so that you can do a review with me.

When I clicked on the link the first time it prompted to create an account. So that's what I did, but I couldn't get access to the review with that new account, although I could as the existing owner.

Your machine is logged in as your normal ID and that causes a conflict. I had this problem. It might work from another machine but if not my offer stands.

We're having similar difficulties, and it's been a serious challenge getting anyone in Adobe Support to help. (I'm working with our IT folks who are trying to connect with Adobe, but months have gone by with NO help or resolution!) I'm super interested in whether and how you get past this problem!
@Amebr, if you close the project and reopen, does the review show up in the RoboHelp Active Reviews list? Mine disappears as soon as I create the review URL, so I suspect that's part of the problem for me. I'm curious whether we're seeing the same behavior in RH as well as the same result in the review itself.

Hello @KarenMinOR
Can you please create a New Project and check if the review disappearing issue occurs.
It seems in your project there might have been reviews already created by a different logged in user in RoboHelp.
You can open your project file (.rhpj) in a text editor and clear out the the <cloudId> entry if it exists and then try again.

I'm using a separate browser that doesn't have my Adobe login credentials, so that shouldn't be the problem.
Once I managed to delete the reviewer and then re-add them, I can access the review correctly. I'll log a bug if this happens with my guinea pig, I mean sacrificial victim, I mean, co-worker. 😛
@KarenMinOR with 2020.5.71 I can see the review fine.
One confusing thing though is that I can only see the selected topics if I use the > button to open the review in the side panel. If I double-click it shows the full list of topics in the project without any indication which topics have been selected.

For me different browsers didn't seem to help but it was an early version of the review process.
