RH 2019 crashes when importing html topic

I have two large batches of html files I'm trying to import into RH 2019. One folder has 680 files, the other has 160.

I select all files when importing and RH craps out and maybe 20 files get imported.

These html files are clean, nothing but <p> tags coming in so it would be easy to apply RH css styles, once the html files were imorted.

Is there a limit to how many html files you can import at once?

    Those are high numbers to import in one bash. Try say 50 first and see how that goes.

      You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

      • Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.
      • If you are using 2019 also state whether it is 2019 Classic or 2019 New UI.

      In Classic versions, I am not surprised. In the new UI there was a bug on importing large numbers of files in 2019. I can't recall if it was fixed in an update to 2019 or a later version.

      I don't know new UI vs Classic. It's a non-subscription version.
