RH 2020 - Microcontent isn't working

I'm using Adobe Robohelp 2020 (with update 5). My current project uses a Frameless skin and I recently added a microcontent group to the source. The microcontent file is hidden in search. I also added the file to the TOC and marked it to be hidden in the output. However, in the output, the search isn't showing me the answer box style results when I search for terms/phrases that I included in the microcontent file as intents. The search results show up as the regular ones.

Note that I've used microcontent in a previous project and it worked perfectly. The current project uses the same skin and I've set things up the exact way but I can't get it to work here. Is there anything I'm missing? Any setting?

Here's an update: I created another microcontent group in addition to the previous one that wasn't working. Surprisingly, the new one works. The responses to the search phrases from this new mc file show up in an answer box. However, the terms/phrases from the previous file still don't show up.

Well, I figured that I was including multiple phrases for a single intent in the column itself and that is what was causing the answer box to not show up in the output. I used the Phrases property (didn't notice this one earlier) of the intents to include the related phrases. Works perfectly now.
