Two sides to the coin: I find RH7's Acrobat PDF Creation to
be considerably slower than the old RoboPDF; on the other hand it
does give you some very nice features, including security, that
RoboPDF didn't offer.
No, your question was not about the workflow but about what
was used. When you generate a printed output in RH6 or 7, you
choose whether you want to generate a Word document, a PDF or both.
The only real difference is the PDF is created by Acrobat rather
than RoboPDF.

To add to what Peter said, now you can use security settings
when generating PDF. Besides the fact, now you are using Adobe PDF
creation (the best available!!) and you get this for free when you
buy RoboHelp.

So the user must single-source to printed documentation
(Word) and then manually use Acrobat to create a PDF?
