RH 8 Smart Index pulling non-title keywords

I've been playing with Smart Index as a starting point for an index for a large project, but one which we'd like to keep as streamlined as humanly possible. Thus I selected "Topic Title Only" for the search scope. However, when I run the wizard, it pulls keywords from every nook and cranny of the topic texts.

Anyone else run into this? Is there a fix to be had? Thanks in advance.

If you want to keep things streamlined, you'd be better off to manually create the index. I don't know anyone who has found the Smart Index Wizard good enough for their needs.
