RH 9 Server report, Frequently View Topics, includes folder titles in addition to topics titles.  By the report's title I only expected it to capture topic titles.  It would be great to see the information divided (one report for folders opened & another for actual topics viewed).

Can the folder titles be filtered out of the report?  I have limited experience in using RH Server & am not aware if this is the way the report was originally created in other RH Server versions.

Hi Eva.

One of the many new features in RoboHelp Server 9 is the ability to configure the report columns that display. Each report has its own set of columns. The Frequently Viewed Topics report can be configured to display the Relative Path of the topic which includes the folder details. It sounds like you just need to suppress this column from the report.

Colum,

Thank you, I was not aware columns could be filtered.  Hiding a column does not lead to the results I am seeking though.

When it comes to folders, the data is the same across various columns (see below).  "List" is an example of what I do want (and expect) to see on the report, an actual topic title & its info, but all the other entries are the titles of main folders within my project.  Is this working as designed?
