RH9 suddenly not inserting images

RH 9.0.2.271

Word 2010

Windows 7

RoboHelp has suddenly stopped inserting images. I can copy from my graphics editor and paste, but cannot insert an existing image from my project's graphics folder.

I cannot select the image from the project folder list.

I tried typing the image name, but there is no preview and, hence, no image when I click OK.

I rebooted my machine, but that makes no difference.

Any help is appreciated.

I feel like such an idiot. I was saving to the wrong project!(Duplicate projects 2011 vs. 2013.) No wonder it didn’t work. Power of suggestion…
