    Hi there

    How are you linking them?

If you are trying to link from Baggage by using drag and drop, you now have to press and hold the Shift key when you drag the file to create the link.

What are you doing that infers the link isn't working?

If you are testing links locally, it's a side effect of the Mark Of The Web (MOTW). MOTW will inhibit links to PDF and not allow them to work when you test from the local PC but the links will work when you deploy to a server.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Why do these links go into baggage files rather than just link?  Is this

    something different in version 8?

Seems like its an extra step!

    Hi there

Of course, without seeing your files and your structure first hand, all I can really do is speculate. Things should have been no different between versions with this particular aspect. But obviously *SOMETHING* changed. And certainly if you weren't performing the step before it will seem to be a bit of an extra step.

However, I note that your reply doesn't clearly state whether the issue is actually resolved or not. Is it? If so, which situation did you have? I gave answers that covered a couple of issues.

    Cheers... Rick
