RoboHelp 7 & XP 64 bit system

Has anyone else had a problem running RoboHelp 7 on an XP 64-bit system? The software installs fine, but I keep getting an error when entering the serial number (which is valid).

I'm pretty sure this is not supported. Check with Adobe.

What did Chesterbeej (or anyone else) learn about this matter. IT is planning to give an XP 64 bit system in the next day or two and just inquired whether the 64 bit configuration would be an issue.

I believe the line on this is that it is expected the RH would work on a 64 bit system but it is not officially supported.

LATEST
2/11/09: The last time I tried using RH 7 with a 64-bit system was a few months ago. After much research, the bottom line is it isn't supported and doesn't appear to work. The alternative is to install VMWare with a 32-bit partition and run it from there.
