Robohelp HMTL updates fail to install

Running Robohelp HTML 7.00.145.

I've had Robohelp 7 for a few years now. It's been working well enough, and a couple of times over the years has installed a couple of updates, to 7.1 point something, maybe even 7.2 point something.

Recently, I had to uninstall and reinstall.

Subsequently, the updates needed to bring the installation back to the updated version I was using have consistently failed. Adobe Updater offers them periodically, and installation fails. They also fail to install when I prompt for them by clicking Help > Updates.

For what it's worth, these updates have failed both before and after our IT department changed security software throughout our building.

Robohelp is working, but this is making me slightly crazy, since it only works "well enough". I'll take any improvements there are to be had.

Thanks.

Have you tried downloading the updates from Adobe's site first and then applying them, rather than going via Help > Updates.

While on vacation, had my entire computer junked and replaced, kitted out with new versions of RH, FM, PS and Acrobat.

Update problem solved.
