I'm using RoboHelp 6 and RoboEngine 6 in installed on the server. I'm trying to run the reports directly out of the RoboHelp HTML with the server and nothing in working. It does not show any statistics for frequently asked questions, unaswered questions, etc. I was also unable to locate the DB on the server is there something that I need to make sure that our IT department sets up to make sure this is working?

Rick,

Our company has two servers that are running RoboHelp. One server is running RoboEngine and the other is running RoboHelp Server 6. I was given the IP address by our IT department. I did, on Monday, find the getting started manual for Server 6 and it gave me a website to start with. Once I went to that site as a test then the reports started to show information. But I am still unable to locate the .mdb file unless Server 6 creates another type of file.

On the server that is running the RoboEngine it created a Database folder but the server running the Server 6 there is no Database folder. Does Server 6 not create the Database folder or should I create the folder on the Server myself? I did read the article that you posted in your reply. Is there some more insite that you might be able to give me to my issue?

Thank You,
Ian

Hi sascgb99 and welcome to our community

If you can't locate the database, it should come as no surprise that the reports have no data.

Perhaps the following link will help. Click here.
