RoboHelp Server 8.x - Project not showing

We publish our project from RoboHelp HTML as a FlashPro to our RoboHelp Server, everything seems to go OK. But the project does not appear in the Admin web site for listing solutions. This is the only project, no merging and we are choosing to load to a secured area called "production".  Physically on ther server you can see the files copied up and you can manually point to the file through the browser. But if you try to load the project by calling the server http://<myServer>/robohelp/server?prj=test&area=production

The project will not show? Any ideas on what to check? We have eliminated all special characters in the file names, no spaces in file names.

Is there a way to manually load the information? Is there any logs or events that I should check? Is there a limit to the naming size for files or directories?

Any infomation would be appreciated...

Thanks

Can you try  "http://<myServer>/robohelp/server?prj=test&area=production&type=flashhelp" to see if that works for you.

I tried that and nothing cam back, TomCat Log shows the call

[05/May/2010:10:05:11 -0400] "GET /robohelp/server?prj=THE_CENTERPLATE_WAY___OPERATING_STANDARDS_MANUAL&area=production&type=flashhelp HTTP/1.1" 200 -

When you open the Admin tool in the browser the project does not show anywhere, general or production. Could this project name be too long?

Hi Ed,

I don't think issue is with the project name. Can you share tomcat logs of the day when you published the project?

Tulika.
