RoboSource says there are no files to checkin

RoboHelp (local copy) project has files checked out as noted by checkmark, however, when I try to do a checkin of each or checkin all, it says there are no files to checkin. I tried to go into RoboSource Control to checkin from there, but that is not working either, it says no files to check in based on the local path I select.

Anyone have this issue before?

A couple of things to check: Are the files checked out to you or are they checked out to another writer? Are the files present where RSC thinks they are (as specified by the path setting)?
