I have made my own style sheet for the project and it seems to work ok except for one thing. When I insert a bookmark in the text, the font change. What have I done wrong?

You probably selected some text and then created a bookmark. For a bookmark, set the cursor at the desired location (don't select any content) and insert the bookmark. You will now see a flag icon in the topic.
