The link for review is not working

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I tried sharing the link for review, but the link is not getting created.

Though tried a number of times, the issue prevails.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thank you,

What version of RH? Are you following Peter's site - https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/reviewing/reviewing.htm ?

So which step are you getting stuck at? You've defined the review, selected topics, selected reviewer emails (you made sure they were Adobe ID emails, right?) and now you're sharing it? You have full access to the internet on your machine? Is IT blocking any ports/URLs? See https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html for a list of Adobe endpoints.

Hi,

The problem is that the link is not getting created.

We tried many times and waited so long.

I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

The next screen should be almost immediate.

I have assumed the project is on your local drive and all topics have been extracted from source control if use.

If the link never completes, it feels like something is being blocked by your IT/Security team. Jeff shared a link of Adobe sites that need to be whitelisted by your firewalls and antivirus.

It might also be worth making sure that your browsers are allowing all adobe cookies, and you don't have any ad blockers enabled. I can't remember if those affect the RH browser, but it won't hurt to double-check by logging in to the adobe website and checking if anything is blocked there.
