As you have posted in the HTMLHelp forum, you are referring to CHMs.

The skin is fixed by the Microsoft Compiler and the default topic is whatever you design.

What are you calling the Title Page?

And is it possible that this chm-title page also is the first page in the PDF? I always got the name of the PDF as headline/title page. I want it to look like this:

What do you mean by "what are you calling the title page"?

The name of the topic is "Programmbeschreibung"

Do you mean the cover page for a printed output?

If so why are you asking in the forum for CHMs rather than the one for printed output? I assumed your question had something to do with CHMs.

If you want your own cover page, see the Printed Documentation tutorial on my site.
