Tool tip remains on the screen above all windows

Twice already today I was using RH 10 and a tool tip appeared and remained frozen on the screen. I have tried some fixes I found on Windows forums, but nothing is working.

Does RH 11 have this problem?

I've seen that occur with different applications, but have never known RoboHelp to specifically have that issue. In my view it's a "system thang". Perhaps a reboot is in order?

Rebooting is the temporary solution, yes. So I'll cast my net further than Adobe land. Thanks.
