Toolbar Height?

Question

I am creating a WebHelp custom skin and can't figure out how
to increase the height of the main toolbar. I noticed that the
skins in the gallery seem to have slight differences in their
heights, and the toolbar on the actual RoboHelp help system is set
to a height that is taller than any of the skins that come with the
program. This is the height that i am actually shooting for because
all of the others are all just too narrow looking.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

maybe a screenshot would help? just trying to figure out how to adjust the toolbar height when customizing a skin. seems like it can be done. robohelp's html help system has a toolbar that is definitely wider than any of the defaults.
