Is there a way to change glossary items on a page to be tooltips instead of italic text that expands in place? Basically I want the text to be green with an underline (like Visual Studios help), and when i click it i want a little popup with the glossary definition to show up. Then when i click anywhere, the popup will disappear.

No way to have RoboHelp do this. You should consider asking for it.
