Topics and/or bookmarks missing on Table of Contents TOC after moderate use in Air Browser Help

Topics and/or bookmarks go missing on Table of Contents TOC after only moderate use. (See image below) It happenes every once in a while. On occasion, the text from the topics and bookmarks also tend to get bunched at the top.

I am not sure if this is something I can fix or some kind of bug within Adobe Air Browser Based Help. I have heard WebHelp is better for browser based help, but I currrently cannot switch it over.

If you need any more clarifications, let me know. Thanks in advance for your help, it is be greatly appreciated!

    That's not something that I have experienced or seen reported. If you are willing to call Tech Support, maybe it has been reported to them.

    The only things I can suggest are seeing if it only happens with a specific browser and generating browser based AIR help from one of the sample projects to see if you experience the same there.
