Trying to Connect To SharePoint

I am new to RoboHelp and am trying to create a Connection Profile to SharePoint.  When I enter my SharePoint credentials I get the message attached saying I need to get Admin permissions.  I sent the information to my IT admin, but he is having problems figuring out how to give me permissions. He is asking me for the web address/URL of the screen where I am getting this message, however, RoboHelp is hiding the web address so I can't get to it.  Does anyone know what it is or have a work around I can tell him?

Thanks.

Thanks for your help everyone! I emailed support.  The path I needed turned out to be in a log file found here:  C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP.

This is the URL in case anyone else runs into this issue:  https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/v2.0/authorize??response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adobe.com&client_id=fa900bbb-ca81-40ab-937d-e1614333ab3a&state=L1l4aMUvOzfNHANB&scope=User.Read%20Files.Read%20Files.Read.All%20Files.Read.Selected%20Files.ReadWrite%20Files.ReadWrite.All%20User.ReadWrite%20Sites.Read.All%20Sites.ReadWrite.All%20offline_access

Once I T gave security permissions to this, I was able to authenticate and connect to SharePoint. I was then able to select the SharePoint connection in my Publish Profile to be able to publish to SharePoint.  Now my next step is getting IT to allow custom scripts.  One step at a time I guess LOL.

Ask your IT admin to grant you “Full Control” or at least “Contribute” permission on the SharePoint Document Library you’re trying to connect to.

    Workaround:
Since RoboHelp hides the URL, use tools like Fiddler or your browser’s network monitor to capture the request. This will help your admin identify the exact endpoint that’s being blocked.

Also, ensure the library has “Allow management of content types” enabled.

    Alternative Tip:
If the connection issues persist, consider using the Kernel Migration for SharePoint tool. It simplifies SharePoint access, authentication, and content publishing—ideal for those working with limited SharePoint permissions or facing RoboHelp limitations.

Looking at this some more, isn't the URL simply where you want to publish the help. Your Sharepoint IT will set that.

"custom scripts" - like JavaScript in the output?

Those of us who mostly support the forum are not Sharepoint users so I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Looking at the image you  posted, it is simply asking you to sign in to a Microsoft account in the normal way.

When you have resolved this with Support, it would be very helpful if you would come back here and post the answer. Sorry I can't help you.

Are you trying to publish output to SP or hook it up for version control?

I am trying to publish output

As a quick fix, you can generate the output locally & then copy it all to the SP location (outside of RH). The Publish function just combines the actions of generating the output & copying it to the location you specify.
