Unable to Get Preview Topic to Work

In Robohelp, when you click the glasses icon or enter Ctrl+W, a window previewing the current help topic is supposed to open. When I do this, focus is removed from the application, but no preview window opens. I've tried closing and reopening Robohelp; when that didn't work, I rebooted.

I'm on an XP box with 2GB of RAM; I've never had problems with this feature before.

Any ideas of how I can get this to work again?

Hi there

You might try the following.

Preview
Press Alt+Spacebar then M.
Use the arrow keys to try and move the invisible window. You may also wish to try clicking and dragging the mouse around.

Alternatively, you may need to use a utility such as ForceWin. Click here to visit the ForceWin site
