Unable to open books

I am not able to expand books in the first few clicks. I try clicking other books randomly and then it starts to work fine. Need your help! I use RoboHelp 10 and the output is in WebHelp. I use Firefox 17.0.1 to view the output.

This may seem like a silly question but has the WebHelp loaded fully before you start to clik on the books? If so, is this only happening on one project's output? Try using one of the sample projects and see if the same occurs.

Yeah, indeed it is loading with the complete TOC. I have not tried by creating another sample project. I will try out and will come back.
