Using WebHelp on a iphone

Question

Using RH8 generating Webhelp that is available on the Internet. We have had a query about accessing the WebHelp on an iphone. The WebHelp is viewable but the customer "cannot move the vertical seperator bar between the contents pane and the topics". By this I assume that they mean they cannot scroll the contents pane down.

I don't have an iphone to test this on and would appreciate any advice from anyone who uses an iphone and can help.

Hi,Afaik, the Iphone uses a version of Safari and I find the WebHelp support for Safari somewhat limited. To test your help for the Iphone, use http://iphonetester.com/ for an Iphone emulator. (Best used with Safari web browser.)Greet,Willam
