Question

Very old versions of WebHelp

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am in the process of working on a WebHelp 3 project produced using version 2000. My memory fails me when I try to piece together what has improved since then (in order to decide whether to upgrade). Anyone remember?

I know it seems like a no-brainer, but we're not doing anything sophisticated and have a web designer who might be able to fix any little glitches and update the look and feel.

TIA,

Justin

Hi Justin and welcome to our community

I would think the very fact that browsers have changed significantly in the last seven years would be enough. Keep in mind that WebHelp from the 2000 version was targeted at the browsers of that day. WebHelp produced by today's version should more easily accommodate all the browsers.

Skins can also be a very attractive feature that draw you in.

Cheers... Rick
