WebHelp launch issue in Firefox

New Here ,
Dec 10, 2007 Dec 10, 2007
When launching our WebHelp project in Mozilla Firefox, it initially displays as a small window at the bottom of the screen, then it automatically resizes to the normal window size. What could be contributing to this--is there a fix?

We are using RH6, running on Windows XP, SP2.

Your help is appreciated!

When you launch Firefox all by itself, what does the screen look like?

Hello,

Figured out it was just a setting. When defining Windows, I simply cleared the "Use Default Browser Settings" checkbox and selected the Properties (Toolbar, Menu, Location Bar, etc) for the window. Phew. This one was a relatively simple fix. And now the other Firefox issues...

Thanks!
