What happened to my "Format" Pull-Down RoboHelp menu?

I am using RoboHelp 8.

The normal "Format" menu view disappeared -- and now the only choice available is "Apply Conditional Build Tag."

Does anyone know how to restore the menu to the normal view?

Found it - View > Toolbars > Customize > Options tab - Always Show Full Menus

there's an option somewhere for Complete menus; maybe in the View menu?

The default view for "Format" suddenly appeared again -- I can't find "Complete Menus," though, at least in the "View" menu.
