What Happened to the Word Import?

I'm using RH8 HTML (just installed it a few days ago), and when I went to import a Word document, the option to start a new topic with each Heading 1 instance seems to be missing.  Did it get removed, or am I just not seeing it?

You have to go into Project Settings > Import and define the styles used for pagination.
