Window focus issue in Robohelp

Window focus is not working if the output is already opened in the new window. This works in chrome. But not in Firefox/IE.

Can you please help me with this?

Are you talking about WebHelp? If so, I'm surprised it works in Chrome as it has always been the case that once WebHelp is opened, it needs some developer coding to open a second instance without closing the first.
