Word updated to 2003 - now problems

My colleague's version of Word was just updated to 2003; however, he is using the same PC, same operating system, and same RoboHelp Office (X.0.2) as previously (he uses both RoboHTML and RoboHelp for Word). He is getting multiple Word error messages (e.g., "Word has encountered a problem...", "Do you want to start in safe mode?", etc.)

I recall Peter advising that when initially installing Word and RoboHelp, a person needs to install Word FIRST, and then install RoboHelp after Word. But what about in this case -- when Word had been on the PC but was just UPDATED to 2003 -- would a person need to de- and reinsall RoboHelp in this instance?

Note: My colleague also attempted downloading the Word 2003 patch but ran into problems with that too.

Thanks much for your insights and help!

"Just" updated. That's a big change so uninstall RH and reinstall it.
